Q1:  How much will my project cost?

A. Our service estimate will outline all costs associated with your request.

Q2:  What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept checks, most major credit cards or PayPal payments. On-line direct transfers are also available.

 

Q3:   Do you offer project phasing?

A. We offer up to a 3 year project phasing option. Contact the office for more information.

 

Q4:   Do you offer “Seasonal Service” plans?

A. Yes we do. Our service plans include a 7 month “Summer” service and a 5 month “Winter” service format.

 

Hours of operation- FAQ'S

 

Q5:   What are your hours of operation?

A. Our hours vary based upon the season. Generally our office is open from Monday – Friday, from 8:00 – 4:30; Saturdays from 8:00 – 12:00. After hours by appointment.

 

Q6:  Are you insured?

A. Yes we are. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

 

Q7:   Will you assist me if I want to do the work myself?

A. Yes, certainly. We offer a Consultation Service for just that purpose.
